PingPlotter Free, Standard, and Professional editions are supported under the following versions of Windows.

- Windows 7 SP1
All Windows service packs are supported unless otherwise listed.
PingPlotter runs on 32-bit & 64-bit operating systems.
Hardware Requirements
Minimum Requirements
- 55MB of disk space (20MB installer, 35MB app). This does not include any additional storage for collected PingPlotter trace data
- 1 GHz or faster processor
- 1GB RAM
- .net requires an additional 4.5GB of disk space
Recommended Requirements
- 55MB of disk space (20MB installer, 35MB app). This does not include any additional storage for collected PingPlotter trace data. We recommend setting up a data maintenance strategy for managing trace data
- 2 GHz or faster processor
- 4GB RAM
- .net requires an additional 4.5 GB of disk space
