PingPlotter Cloud Manual
Agent Details

The Agent Details page shows a summary of the Agent's current status, connection type, operating system, custom fields, machine name, carrier, most recent IP, city/region/country, and creation date.

- Online/Offline – The current status of the Agent
- Connection Type – The connection type used by the Agent’s NIC (Ethernet/WiFi)
- Operating System – The operating system the Agent is installed on
- Custom Fields – This reflects any Custom Fields you may have configured
- Machine Name – The name of the Agent’s machine
- Carrier – The Agent’s ISP. Note: if the Agent is connected to a VPN, this may reflect the VPN provider instead of the Agent's ISP.
- Most Recent IP – The Agent’s latest public IP address
- City/Region/Country – Agent’s resolved geolocation. Note: Some geolocation data can be inaccurate.
- See More – Show or hide detailed information in this panel. Expanding this view also includes the Creation Date and PingPlotter Version.
Analyze
Analyze (represented by a light bulb icon) uses Insights to identify what may be contributing to any Fair (yellow) or Poor (red) connection quality in your current focus period.

Minimap
The Quality Minimap does two things:
- It gives you an “over-time summary” of the quality of an Agent's targets.
- It allows you to navigate through time more efficiently.
Click and drag on the minimap to select a precise "focus" window for the rest of the page. Left-click on different areas of the minimap to "snap" your focus to a particular point (for instance, a spike of poor quality). As you adjust the minimap, your data in view will automatically reflect the time highlighted.
The total data shown in the minimap can be adjusted to All, 90 days, 30 days, 7 days, 1 day, 12 hours, 3 hours, or 30 minutes using the option in the upper left corner of the minimap.
Quality data can be further filtered by clicking any of the tiers in the upper right corner of the minimap.
