Bulk Update Agent Properties

Import an Excel file.

The Import feature found on the Agents page makes it easy to make bulk updates to your Agents. Here's how to do it:

  1. Download your current list of Agents using the Export button. Note: This will export any Agents currently visible in the table.
  2. Modify the downloaded Excel file with your desired changes (Agent Name & any Custom Fields). Agent ID is a required field!
  3. Upload your modifed Excel file using the Import button.
  4. Review your changes and hit Ok.

Note!

You can also create new Custom Fields by adding an additional column to your spreadsheet. The column header will be used as the name of the Field.
